Yes it has happened. I jsut don't think that the Hawks will finish above Carlton, Freo Geelong, Collingwood, Bulldogs and they may not finish above Essendon or Sydney. They are the definition of underachievers.

I think the players that could make a difference at Hawthorn, are still caught up in the fact that they have won a gf already, they don't seem to have the hunger, or they assume that they are that good that they don't have to try and will still win

True. Another problem is when they start well they assume the other team will give up. As I said they have the ability to win another premiership but they need to fulfill their potential.

I admire Clarkey for still trying to mantain faith in his team while the hype hasn't passed. Hawks WILL finish top 4. Yes they are that good.

I'd be willing to bet a lot that Hawthorn will finish 3rd. I don't see anyone other than Geelong and Collingwood finishing first and second (would say in that order considering possible Swan injury issues might see Collingwood lose another game or two - Cats should win 20). I can't see another team other than those top two finishing higher than the Hawks who are simply embarrassing teams at the moment.

Hmm... you could argue a case, but I'd say Carlton's much more likely to finish 4th.
