Good rookies to get?

Simon Phillips from port in the mids, broke his jaw preseason but big talk about him and god knows port need to try something, should be back soon. Other players unseen so far who I think may pop up soon are Bryce Retzlaff, George Horlin-Smith, Jamie Cripps and Tom Lynch. The last 2 rely on the saints continuing to play terrible and Ross Lyon start to rebuild and play some kids.

What's the word on Isaac Smith? Is he ever going to turn up?

wallis and iles on the bubble next week. the way port's going it would not surprise if lobbe, phillips and jacobs get games next week

I would also keep an eye on GC Team as with their relative young list there will be quite a lot of movement amongst their players as season progresses ag Steven May debut tonight Hutchens and Iles paling second game.

Now more tan likely pops may come in with Bruce's 6 week injury!! Maybe another downgrade target for Duigan

that's what ross lyon said about 3 weeks ago, but he hasn't picked him yet and he now says cripps is close and johnson in this week so don't know where winmar is atm
