Big Cox and the VC Loophole

What you are asking is it worth risking the 131 you have in your hand for the 150 you see in the bush... Yes, Watson is playing GC but I don't think that necessarily means he will kill it. He might just do what he needs to do to give his team a percentage boost without risking an injury... call it cruise-control if you wish :)

I'm a bird-in-the-hand man, myself, but you would be stunned if Jobe scored any less than 120 in which case you are pretty safe which ever way you go.

Remember this.
The big question is Cox or Swan. So we have both players basic score anyway.
We know Cox got 131, and we're worried Swan will pull out, lets say, a 160. So we either;
a) take Cox as double (262) and Swan as 160 = 422.
or
b) decide to trust Swan to pull a 160 as double (320) and Cox as 131 = 451.

A difference of only 29 for a BIG gamble Swan will pull a massive 160!
I'm banking Cox's 262.

This is along the lines of what I was thinking although I couldn't put it into words.

What about if Swan gets 100? swan captain: 200+131=331, cox captain: 262+100=362. Difference is 31. So either way there isnt a big difference...

yep moved swanny to my bench, nearly forgot to put him emerg  ::) , only takes a little bad luck for swan and he doesn't score well, and after last 2 weeks it seems the supercoach gods may be a little upset :D

have to bench swanny next week anyway so makes it easier if i do it when he will still score  :D

Also this is the most retarded thing I have ever heard. Many people dont seem to understand that you dont need to involve Swan in this if you decide to go with your VC score. oh dear...

You're right, but it's probably because so many people have him as Captain already, so they put him to the bench and put the one who isn't playing on the ground.

wtf does it matter who goes on the bench, what cause swan is a SC GOD he isn't allowed to sit on my bench?  wake up to yourself, everyone knows you can bench whoever you are not some genius who is giving us fantastic new knowledge.
