Dyson heppell is an absolute beauty of a player having a great season. but with essendon playing gold coast and him being the only one i have from the bombers should i take a gamble and chuck him the big (C)? it's a bit of a gamble but he could have a big day out

even taking the possible rest out of it never play a rookie as captain. Its not like everyone scores 100+ against GC, they are improving and i dont think putting a captain on the reason hey are playing GC has any merrit. Boyd scored a huge score against a good team, same for pendles.

If you have swan put him captain averaged around 140 off 3 games last year on them

Not if you have a Premium Mid  :P Plus unless Bombers push up and choke GC he won't get much of the ball as it won't be in the backline much. Plus GC get most goals from their MIDS, if not they go to Dixon all the time so I reckon he won't get so much ball.
