Yeh Hirdy said after the game on Monday that Heppell is due for a rest.

May mean he misses out on a big game v GC :-(

As a Bombers man, I think that this is a good idea.. as a SCer this is bad for value hehe

You realise Libba has a BE of 6 right? And that Heppel's BE is in the negatives??

Libba and Heppel are the 2 i would hang onto for a little while longer than the other rookies, but i spose it depends on where you have them sitting

Sounds close to confirmed now as apparently his Mum let slip on radio that Hird had informed him he'd be rested this week. Souce:afl website in the media watch section.

Yep, I dont really dont see any 7th midfielder performing better at the moment. The only two players that could replace him in my side are Gram or Lake.

Heppel, Otten, Matera, Smith will never leave my team. They will always be my back ups. You need atleast one good reserve on the bench.
