Are GWS 'rivals' for Sydney? Will matches between them be derby/derbies??

It will be a flogging for the first 2-3 years at least I would think.

Sydney are heading in the right direction as far as their team and playing against a bunch of kids with a few stars thrown in will not be much of a challenge until the kids mature, very much like GC

The game will really be hyped up but I think Brisbane v GC will be bigger.

GC v Lions is bigger because they are both below par :P

Won't be much of a contest early but hopefully a rivalry sparks as the GWS young 'uns get a few pre-seasons under their belts, and adjust to AFL footy.
