Reckon I should grab Fisher (trade lower out) this week via Darling > Callian?? would leave me 6 trades and team done.. could wait a week or 2 and grab Shaw pretty cheap

Shaw Average 99 Fisher average 112 Short answer can you afford 23pts per game.  Looking at Shaw his stinker scores seem to against lower rank teams North Melbourne 81, Adelaide 67, Melbourne 60 and to a lesser extent Richmond 98 and only managed 85 against Sydney. So long answer will he improve bearing in mind Brisbane in Prelim final.
So imo Fisher now before his price goes up to much more has a predicted B/e of 100 this week.

cool. will have to trade lower out and hope poo, eligible and 1 game wonder luke thompson back me up when needed. Darling > Callian and Lower > Fisher it is..

I don't see that as an issue unless you are going specifically for leagues...

you have the chance to buy the number 2 defender for very cheap.

Trust me Scotland is the far better compromise.

OKAY big deal you missed out the number 1 defender in fisher.   But guess what, you can grab number 2.

Secondly, you get to keep Lower, which is going to be hugely beneficial later on for coverage.

i'd prefer to have someone a bit stable in the backline. lower looks the most.. could keep him as a d7 but losing points on not having fisher/scotland is huge
