I want to get him in for Savage this week.

I think Savage will be dropped and will remain at 160k for a while whereas Libba should rocket to 300k if he plays. Makes me an easy 100k+. Is he a certain starter this week?

Talk is Savage will be dropped this week for Whitecross. His BE is 22 compared to Libbas -69. How is that wasted? Atley was talked up as well, look how that went. Ive missed the Curnow train so atleast need to jump on Libba.

THE DARK SIDE >:(. I would say save the trade as it's sideways but up to you in the end ;). Not sure if he'll get dropped if he's been doing well and Hawks in reasonable form.

*Peace Out Pplz.

Quite suprised at this.

Savage could potentially get dropped and not come back for a while, in the meantime Libba could ton up this week and be on his way to 300k. Savage also has the bye next week, Libba has had his bye.

Im surprised many haven't tried to do the same thing with Karkouer, with his BE. If i was you i would make the trade, have you made any trades yet?

The only time I break the no sideways trades rule is for rookies within the first five or six rounds of a season. If you backed the wrong horse, and that is obvious, then you don't want to stay on it just for the sake of not veering from a strategy. The key  is knowing when to break the rule, and if you think that Savage won't play or score as well as Libba in the next handful of rounds, then definitely go the switch.

Holding onto an underperforming/non-playing rookie wastes the chance to get some cash and delays the upgrade time for your team.
It's your choice, but if you want to do it don't be swayed by ppl quoting a "rule" at you. Go with your gut.

Tough call, I think Libba will play this week. Savage has looked alright but I just don't know if he will hold his spot and if he does this week, he has the bye next week anyway. A score of 35 will make sure he doesnt rise too much for the next 3 weeks. Players to come back in such as Whitecross/Osborne. He wont be making me too much cash anytime soon. I need players to upgrade to GAJ/pendles come round 8/9. By that time he will be 280k.

Haha..Big Footy. Big Pineapple. Big Sheep. Big Koala.

All good for a look but you don't buy nothing.  ;)

Maybe this will help:

QuoteOn Wednesday, Eade said last weekend's bye meant Liberatore was likely to play against Fremantle after his young body benefitted from a rest.

"We won't [rest him] now because he's had the week off last week," he said after training.

"We'll just monitor that as we go along and see how his fatigue levels are but there's no doubt young players will find it tougher.

"The fatigue levels will come quicker for them and that's what we've got to monitor with Tom."
