Do i trade Prestia or Krak?

My mids are: Swan, Boyd, Montags, Bartel, Curnow, Swallow (Libba, Harris, Prestia/Krak)

I'm either going to trade Prestia or Krak for a premium fwd. So if i trade Prestia, Krak will be in my mids and vice versa. So which one should i trade? (the other one will be in midfield)

Sorry if this is all a bit confusing.

I wouldn't trade Prestia out yet with his BE (and JS..?)

prestia is injured [ channel 10 news ] don't know how long he'll be out for. personally i'm getting rid of both but prolly prestia first as he's not playing

I dunno if I'd be hitting the kill switch on players with general soreness just yet, trading out both will lose his mpp between other fwds to the midfield too

since kraks breakeven is very low id hold him 1 more week and as 4 prestia keep him, he will be back next week :)
