As the title suggests, I'm already down 4 trades.
Unfortunately, I also have Broughton and Coad.
If I hadn't burnt any trades yet (or maybe only two), I'd go Coad --> Toy and Broughton --> Gram. However, now I don't know what to do??
Should I make one or both of these trades? Or do I hold on tight and just live with an injured player and a struggling "premium"?

To avoid any extra questions, I have 20 trades left, have $117,400 and my team is as follows:
Def: Gibbs, Deledio, Duigan, Adcock, Broughton, Otten, Stanley (Goddard, Lower, Coad)
Mid: Pendlebury, Curnow, Boyd, Heppell, Selwood, Harris (Liberatore, Krakouer, Bewick)
Ruc: Smith, Petrie (Cox, Vickery)
For: Dawes, Pavlich, Franklin, N. Riewoldt, Harvey, Richardson, Matera (Darling, Green, Tapscott)

p.s. I have Goddard on the bench for emergency loophole...

Coad will have to go at some stage, but his price won't fluccuate, so don't stress about it too much (unless there's a bargain, ala Toy).
Broughton is playing, so he isn't exactly dead weight, so again, I wouldn't stress on it.

If I was you, I'd probably go for Coad -> Toy, purely for the financial gain and wait it out with Broughton.

I would trade Coad to either Toy now or Hibberd when he gets named and just hope Broughton comes good!

So i confused!!!? you don't want use the loophole on Goddard?

You do realise that all your backs on the field will play this week and you have Goddard on the bench!!!!?

i would look into that

Windigo

Keep Broughton.

I'm with you here, I too have Coad. But I'm choosing to keep him around, for a few week.

I do this purely to hopefully make some $$$ to a  $ 80,000 rookie.

Bit dodgy, but I'm stingy with the trades.  ;)

I'm using the Captain Loophole on Adcock.
There is another loophole, the emergency loophole. I have Goddard as an emergency and, assuming he scores well, sub on a non-playing player and take Goddard's score. If he scores poorly, I can leave him on the pine and not worry about him. However, considering I will probably trade Coad out, I no longer have a non-playing back, so I will have to leave him on. The loophole, however, works and you should consider it around the ground (like I'm doing with Bewick in the mids)!

Windigo, what $80k rookie will you be looking at. Coad obviously won't be making more money any time soon and Toy is about to rise in price. Makes sense to get Toy now.

I have absolutely no idea.  8)

And just a quick confirmation... Assuming I'm holding onto Broughton and thus, not doing anything with Saints/Doggies players, I can make my trade(s) tomorrow, yeah?

Windigo

Sure.

Just you can't trade in/out players from tonights game. And you can't change the VC if you put it on said players for tonight.

Good luck.

LaHug

Cool. Thanks guys! Always good when people agree with you (was originally thinking to keep Broughton but trade Coad). Now I just have to hope the rest of my team survives so I can hold my trades...
