Put simply, is it worth holding Robbie Tarrant?

Brought him in after his first round and then has bombed since... Would it be worth bringing in Grimes/Adcock for him now as a keeper, or holding Tarrant until mid-year to make some more cash? Will he improve from these last few weeks?
