if i had him ... i would keep him for the moment but I missed the Nth v Freo game (my kid went to another kids b'day party!   :() so i don't know where Suban out and Ibbotson in figure in the equation Dav, just to see how this plays out over the next game or so ...

but i get that he and Duff-man are bleeding value so people who have them are getting itchy trade fingers ...  :P

I'm a stubborn man and I live by the rules of 'buy low, sell high' and this goes completely against it. Remember Harbrow last year? He eventually came good........after bottoming out at about 275k but the point is he came good and it is a waste of a trade to downgrade a premium/ straight swap

Broughton is my 7th back after Goddard, Gibbs, Delids, Fisher, Enright and Grimes...

I can't really see a reason to keep him, Duigan is doing a good enough job.

The rule normally is never trade out a premium as they'll come good, unless LTI or significant role change.

I think Broughton's role is different this year and must be traded out... I can't afford to keep copping these low scores.

Broughton > Toy and then Krakouer > Whoever performs for rd 6 (will be seeing how rockliff/fyfe etc. go)

im getting rid of him and jumping on adcock. adcock has a -ve BE i think and while broughton may improve with suban's injury i am sick to death of his bad scores. if he starts killing it, i may treat him as a future upgrade.. if not ill be happy enough to have got rid of him reasonably early. either way ill get a bit of adcock's price rise and he is looing like this years waters

I'd wait one week and see how he goes now with Suban out and probably a different role. Was reading that Silvagni will be back in a couple of weeks as well and with his those two changes surely that will release Broughton back to his old role.

He stays for me only because I have nobody to trade him out for.  There is Adcock but despite his good start I don't trust him, and I have no rookies to downgrade to at the moment as I already have Toy and Smith.  I was thinking of getting Heppell as I don't have him, but that could be a little risky and would leave me with only 3 premiums (Lids, Gods and Grimes) and 7 rookies (Duigan, Heppell, Smith, Otten, Toy, Lower and Puopolo) in my backline so I'm kind of forced to keep him.

Gone ! He has had enough time to score well and he hasn't produced ! I think he is a gun and in yeas to come if he plays in the midfield he will be in my team , might be a good get in 2012 at 250k if they play him midfield! Here's hoping !

if he comes good, it will be in a couple of weeks at best, and by that time I can always trade out one of my rookies and get him back for just about zero $$ 

but - not holding my breath....think he has burnt lots this year, and sad to say I was one...
