I made the decision i want to get rid of broughton the simple trade would be a straight swap and i already have adcock so i was thinking i could use my 20k to get in carrots. HE started the season off well last year averaging 90+ in the fisrt 10 rounds till he started tagging. He tagged against collingwood for a 37, however in his other 2 rounds he averaged a 110.

My original plan was to drop broughton for toy so i can bring duigan ion the field as he is averaging 73, than use the money along with getting rid of krak to get in a 400k player. The problem is krak is stuck in my midfield with only higgins in the forward line with DPP and my mid is already strong enough. If i bring in a guy like pav it would mean i would have to play curnow on the bench and he cant cover for bartel round 6. If i get in a swan or demon player than they are abviously out this week but they than can cover for bartel in round 6. The problem is i dont want them stuck in the mid and i dont see mzungu, smith or callinan playing anytime soon. So i may be forced to drop a guy like tapscot or richardson to one of them and have them sitting on my mid bench and than put pav/goodes/sylvia up forward.

my mids are Swan, Boyd, Bartel, Anthony, Ward, Crunow (Krak, Bewick, Harris)
forward       Franklin, Stevie J, Higgins, Voldt, Knights, Petrie, Darling (Richardson, Tapscott, Matera).

Im going for overall so i dont really want to hold the cash but i was seriously considering keeping the cash in the bank for 2 rounds and then bringing in a cats plaey e.g krak to selwood.

Carazzo too up and down. If ur going to downgrade broughton I'd upgrade krak to selwood now. And Curnow can cover all ur byes and Harris for the cats bye as well. If not pav or sylvia r good even rockliff?

Pends on ur def if u downgrade broughton or sideways trade him. Curnow can be a good 6th def

i would loved to do that but im 10k short of that. Thats why im considering holiding krka for 2 weeks and hope he can bridge the gap and just keep the cash in the bank.  Carazzo being up and down means nothing to me as i go for overall if he scored 200 one week and 0 the next i wouldnt care. As long as he can pull out an 90 average from now on i dont care how he does it.

+1 thats where i would have gone unless you already have him?

Memphistopheles

Krak to Pavlich gives you the dpp link, as pav is a mid/for

Stocutz

Carrots is a fair risk. If rattan makes him tag he won't get near 90 but u know that. I wouldn't take him.

Broughton won't make the 10k up on selwood given selwoods 27 drops out this week. unless krak has a big one

If u do ur trade this week I think in order of priority for me would be rockliff pav goodes. If u want Sylvia u will obviously wait a week and maybe krak can rip a score out.

Maybe downgrade broughton this week and hope krak produces, if he doesn't it may cost u with wasted cash given u want overall

im not sure if dids is ready yet as he only appears to be scoring in junk time.

for me its now down to krak to dids/pav, broughton to carrots or brougton to toy and cash.

I was doing some calcs and it look like i could do this.
Broughton to toy and krak to dis this round.
than round 7 after ward makes a bit of cash and selwood hopefully comes down a bit go tapscott to mzungu than ward to selwood/montagna.

leaving me with
MID: Swan, Boyd, Bartel, Sewllod, Anthony, Curnow (Harris, Bewick, Mzungu)
FWD: Franklin, Voldt, Higgins, Stevie J, Didak, Knights, Petrie (Darling, Matera, Richardson)

you're eventually going to get didak in and if you have the money now why not? didak's breakeven is easily achieved.

trade broughts this week and kraks to goodes next week. Goodes is in some fantastic form (a 77 last week though) and looks set for a great season. Krak might even go up in value this week and you could save a few k

the rain stuffed everyone up no one could take a strong grab. explains goodes and bartel's low scores.

if im waiting the week than im going to wait another week and get in selwood. One thing i have been thinking off but hurts to do so as i just trade him in is ward to montagna, than after round 7 tapscott to mzungu and krak to selwood.

it would leave me with 6 trades being used to essentially turn out of my starting 22 foley, broughton and harris into duigan, montagna and selwood.

however 18 trades left round 7 with a mid of

Swan, Boyd, Bartel, Montagna, Selwood, Anthony (Curnow, harris, Bewick) looks pretty good.
