I've gone with Sam Fisher this year as I thought Gilbert would be up forward.  He's been good but that is as unique as I've gone so far.  Bob Murphy burnt me 2 years ago and I would never go back.  He is capable of big scores but when he goes missing, he'll get you a score in the thirties. Not to mention injury troubles.
Hmm, Mundy has really stepped up but everyone will start getting on him now.  I think a Heath Scotland isn't a bad roughy but getting old.  Brady Rawlings is another one-- 2 bad scores but averaged 90s last year.
Embley has gone up a notch and he kicks goals. 
Lets be honest there are a few out there but good trading (esp with extra trades and GC rookies) means you could have a full premium side with a good bench by the end of the year.

sam fisher is a great buy, i took him over goddard in my team that is going for the overall and so far so good :)
other good buys are newman in the backs, mundy in the mids and up forward fyfe is killing it for freo

Over Goddard?  Ballsy!  I took 'em both and paid the price with 2190 this week and a slide out of top 1000.  Wish I had taken Fyfe but I already had Franklin and Rioli and didn't want two heavy bye weeks.  Will have a good look at Mundy, just as soon as I get Chappy in ;)

mundy represents better value for the brownlow imo that sandi and pav. rucks never poll well and neither does pav. fyfe is a gun and so too hill but neither are well known enough to gather big votes. mundy is a huge chance this year

Same. I keep picking him though because I don't want to stop picking him and he just goes off after all this time :P
He had a great pre-season...Hopefully he gets up for all 22 this year.
