to avoid broughton's price drop... your player dropping in price has the exact same effect as the player you want to but increasing in price.

Broughton is a keeper so it doesn't matter how much he drops or rises in price

Broughton is a premium and at the start it would be a no-brainer. If I had to choose out of Adcock or Broughton.

Also, why burn a trade to make maybe $ 40,000? And after a few more rounds it wouldn't be really worth a trade IMO.

you're losing maybe 30k if he keeps underperforming, and yeah, you'll almost certainly lose some money, but adock isn't going to be rising in price this week, and you're still going to profit from the trade. It's just a bad move trading any player out to someone on their bye week, unless your player is inexplicably putting out like 30s + 40s. Broughtons scoring has been showerhouse so far, but he's still doing just enough tha to sacrifice his points completely is a pretty bad idea, especially considering this week it seems most likely he'll actually do decent.

If you're going for a DT league win, definately get Adcock in this week. Broughton won't score the 130+ score he needs to breakeven, ain't going to happen. I think Adcock looks very good this season and the money made isn't to be shirked at. Or look at Brodie Smith for a bigger downgrade if you need cash.
