Cheers Maca  ;)   But the best thing about a medium bowler is you don't need to worry about building up their power. So apart from primaries you only need to train up fielding and endurance.

yeah it is fair slog to spec/spec but i train fielding as well speaking which NEal popped to average which was wanted
