very concerned with his price rise and his poor scoring, considering he was suppose to be a very good cash cow. i'm very willing to trade him out, but to who?

i think you may have missed the boat on libba, curnow. So you only have GC, roos and the crows to pick from. For me the only guy i would consider is prestia. But if it was me i would hold off a few weeks and have him as my first downgrade.

+1. He will still make you a little cash, and he is guaranteed a game. He will only need one good score for him to increase nicely. You still have mzungu, hibberd and jacobs as potential downgrade options hopefully before the tigers bye.

jfitty

Hang onto him. Not performing amazingly, but his price should increase enough to give you cash to trade him for Mzungu/Hibberd/Jacobs like Bazinga said and upgrade a mid priced player

TMurphBROWNLOW

im considering: Heppell, Savage, Bennell and Prestia.

If Conca keeps scoring poorly like this then his price will rise very minimally, whereas if i went Prestia, i could be making alot whose breakeven is -62. His price would rise much more than Conca, and then i'd still probably trade him out for a Mzungu/ Callinan 2 rounds after they come back. (considering they score well)

I know i'm probably burning a sideways trade, but its only him and Broughton who are my only concerns thus far. thoughts?

Bazinga

I have Conca but i'm not prepared to burn a sideways trade on a rookie. Too much of a risk. If he can average between 50 and 60 his price should be around 250k by round 10 and I'd be happy with this.

Holz

if you wanted to move out conca should have done it last week, maybee consider holding him one more round than drop him to polec.

TMurphBROWNLOW

i think i'll keep him and not waste a trade. Conca > Mzungu later in the year :) cheers boys!

browny_wce

he has the quality to break out and nail an 80 or 90
but if u watched him closely in preseason u wouldve found out hes not quite the DTer

Bluke

You have to take into consideration the opponents the tigers have played. Saints, Hawthorn and Carlton are no slouches.

You should see some better output when he plays Gold Coast, Brisbane, Melbourne, North, Port, Adelaide and West Coast.

ronl

I think when the tiprat turned him inside out a couple times last week it may have shattered his confidence a bit.  If he makes another 20-30K or so over the next few weeks it will fund a nice downgrade to Hibbered or Mzungo with a bit left over.

Disco

Brisbane have the bye this week so Polecs price won't go up till round 6. Wait 2 more rounds.
