Should I get Curnow in?

Savage (80 this week, 70, 61 in round 1/2): Plays West Coast and Geelong then Bye. Then Port, Saints, Sydney.
Heppel (back ot back 80's) Carlton, Collingwood, GC in next 3. Then Brisbane and Richmond.
Swallow (80 this week, 58 on debut), Melbourne, Port, Essendon, Brisbane, Adelaide to come.

Savage seems to be finding his place. Was on 75 at 3/4 time. Not sure what happened in the last, perhaps benched. With more experience I see him scoring higher. He is 20 as well, so has the bigger body to play out the year.

Would you trade any of these players for Curnow? I have 100k in the bank.

i think the ship has sailed but if u r thinking of keeping him id pay that...

Savage doing well..I think it is too late!!

Footy God

Savage will be 145k. Curnow will be 165k. Ive only lost 20k on before.

But imo its not worth the trade.

Savage will average 75.
Curnow will average 90.

Master Q

It's up to you but I think the ship has sailed.

Footy God

What will be the predicted price rise of Curnow and Savage at their highest??

If Savage averages 75 and Curnow 90?

I only trade for 130k+

Footy God

Ive done the math.

If Savage averages 75 he will reach 280k approx. Curnow will reach 380k if he averages 100.

That means I will be trading for approx 80k. Curnow will not be a keeper either as you will want a GAJ or Pendles who will be averaging 20 more than him in that position.

Good Bench keeper if he averages that considering the price you get him at. Also good for cover/on ground until you do fill your entire side.

Edit that::::I ony have 10k in the bank. This will not be enough.....

If Sandi is out though I will get Ryder in which will give me 30k (enough for the Savage trade.)

Time will tell. Curnow could be dropped this week! Unlikely but you never know.

I don't think Sandilands would miss any matches but if he does it should only be one match. How is your ruck bench cover?

For one week I can cover Sandilands with either Petrie or Z.Smith. I personally think its a bad idea to rush into trading the best ruckmen out.

+1

Except he's the second best ruckman. ;)

Ziplock

really? still a little early to be putting cox in over sandi again :P WC vs Freo would be interesting just for that contest :P

Footy God

Im hoping his out for 5.

As I have no cash in the bank this will set up a:
Broughton-Gram
Sandi-Ryder

It's not too late to get him if you have someone worth trading.
Think of Pods and Rocky last year (and even Barlow if people didn't get him at the start and then missed him again after his second game). Definitely worth getting if you think he can get up above the $300k mark. I'm considering it.
