The boat has sailed guys. I dont see the point of trading guys like Ward and Foley out of teams to get him when he's already taken off in price. Foley and Ward both have big upsides as the season goes on. Foley had the sh*ts early and Ward was half concussed by Brown on the weekend but they're both going to improve.

Last week was Curnow time - and of the 3 he has the least job security IMO.

YEA BUT I LOOK AT IT THIS WAY. I TRADE CONCA TO CURNOW, COSTS ME ABOUT 30K BUT BY TRADING THEM I MAKE AN EASY 200K AND MAKE THE UPGRADE TO SWAN OR MONTAGNA EASIER. CONCA IS NOT GOING TO PULL OUT HUGE SCORES AND WONT MAKE AS MUCH

lovely capslock. Fine, do it then if you think it's such an awesome idea. In all honesty, you should have sacked up last week and jumped on, or just forget it.

Come on Ziplock, let's not be Negative Nancys!
Sometimes it pays to go with your gut, sometimes it doesn't.
Sadly, DT doesn't have definite right and wrong moves and only time will tell if it was a good decision.
In my eyes, only thing worse than making a trade that didn't help like it did is hesitating and missing an awesome move.

+ 1. The risk to take him this week is almost identical to last week. Except you're 77k down on what you should have made and you're trading out a kid with better JS (but admittedly not as great numbers) for a guy who'll have to compete with other established midfielders (houlihan and Mclean among others) in the next couple of weeks for a spot.

I'm not saying it's a failure waiting to happen if you go ahead with it... I'm saying maybe last week was the time to get him in

curnowhad hype last week but this is just ridiculous. For him to make you 200k he would need to up to at least 370k. However conca is likely to up another 30-40k so your trying to say you think curnow will be able to score enough to lift his price to above 400k. If you think this will happen than by all means do the trade, but i think there is a bout a 1 in a 100 chance of that happening.

what about conca to shiels. he is averaging a nudge over a 100 and will become a high mid pricer/pemium soon
jump on???

could give me a trade straight to a swan or montag
