Swanny as Captain

A little disappointing  to say the least this week. And being up against Juddy/Gibbs I should have known better. I know many decided Swanny as Captain.

Well for a bad week and still scoring 100+, Swanny does the job again.

I'm sure there will be plenty of other players that will score more than Swan, but none are as reliable/consistent.

Happy with Swans score, 110+ is good enough for a Captain.

Boyd might beat it but what can you do...

Went the big risk this week and picked Lance 'Buddy' Franklin as captain on a gut feeling, despite having Swan and Boyd on my team.

I am happy with Swan's performance last night, he scored a nice ton for my team, but nothing amazing as captain.

I am a bit more apprehensive about Boyd tonight, but if Buddy can just outscore Swan then i'll be laughing as more people had swan as captain than Boyd i think.

It could have backfired spectacularly, and still could, but hoping my instinct will be good again - used Gibbs in week one and he was the highest scoring player and Swan in week 2, heres to hoping Buddy tops the scores this week.

we get used to swanny scoring 140+ every week and when he scores 110, we think why did'nt we pick someone else. in the past i used to sit down and analyse who to pick capt every week, and think, god should rip it up this week against so and so, buddy's playing so and so and should kick a bag, chappy had a great one last week, and so on and so on. how many times have i said, shower, i should have stuck with swanny. i will persist with him and if he coughs up a bad one every now and then tough titties
