So. Should I trade S. Buckley and loose my DDP with my backs? to get Libba or Curnow?

Yes - trade and get Libba
Yes - trade and get Curnow
No - Keep your DDP link between Back and Mid

DTDreamer

OK.
I have S. Buckley in my midfield as a link between midfield and backs.
Should I trade him out and get Curnow or Libba?

if so,
which one - Libba or Curnow?

Do you have Heppell? Id consider trading Buckley for Heppell, I don't consider Buckley in the Pies best 22.

But I really value my MPP links this year esp, so up to you whether you can cover for byes, if you can, i'd consider those trades

I have Heppel.
What I think I will do if I trade is, wait for Hibberd to play then trade him into the mids.
Hopefully not far away and then use that cash for a upgrade.

This topic headline is used so much here.  ::)

Anyway, personally I see S.Buckley as the Relton of 2011.

Clearly not in the pies best 22 or 25 for that matter.

He'll struggle to get another game unless form proves other wise or injury.

Many people should have stopped and thought before selecting him...

What. a. hero.
He is out with an injury. He didn't get dropped. He was getting consistent games at Melbourne before he was traded.
For me, it was between him and Hibberd, and as Hibberd is set to play VFL before AFL. I think he will come in around round 8ish by then Buckley may have made 70-100k then simple downgrade and easy money.
The fact is that Buckley is out due to injury.

Hm okay.

Then who would he make way for? The Captain?

DTDreamer

Yeah, the captain.
hero.
Leon Davis has been fit since the start of the season. So why was Buckley getting a game while Leon wasn't?
Leon is playing a half-back flank this year, the same position Buckley was playing. When Buckley is fit and if Leon plays average, Buckley will slide straight back into the side.

Okay then.

P.S: Are these people, "Heroes" as well?

Each to their own opinion but the fact is that is was named with an injury, not simply dropped...
B. Macaffer is out of the team but it doesn't say he is injured. So why would they say Buckley has a groin injury if he was simply dropped from the side when it is clear that Macaffer was just dropped from the side. Doesn't add up. I'm not sure he will play again in the near future but I believe that if he wasn't injured, he would be playing tonight.
