I remember all too well a similar rumour last year scoffed at by Hawthorn and sure enough he missed the match (interstate game I think)

So anything Clarko says I take with a grain of salt.  Make sure you have a playing emergency   :D

He should still play, and I think Buddy at half strength could still easily kick 5 V Richmond. I wouldn't be surprised to see him subbed late though.

Think of it this way.

Would you have still picked buddy, knowing conditions were not ideal.

Wettish?  I went safe option and went boyd, really only 10 point difference.  I don't regret it at all.
