Midfield dilemma - who to bench?

I got the following in my midfield:

Swan, Goddard, Liberatore, Goodes, Cross, Harris, Duncan, Krakouer

Who should miss out this week, and who do I nominate as emergency?  :-\

I've already considered the switcheroo scenarios, and still have the above dilemma. I'm thinking Duncan as well, but the Cats are playing in Geelong against Port this week, and I reckon there's a chance Duncan might score big.

I was considering Krak based on the fact he was a sub last week, but he's starting this week....
