now that we have seen them - recon every coach will take the opportunity to give their guns a rest whenever they play GC...

With bye and GC (almost a bye) - we might not have to worry about General soreness so much when we get to rd 22 !

also, factor in that its Mick Malthouses last year at the helm of the club.  So, I doubt he wouldnt try to get the most from each player in his efforts for another cup - whether that means resting them or not.

IMO, i don't think too many will be rested, thats what the byes are for.  I could see Malthouse wanting to blow every team out of the water this year and set the record for the highest season percentage.

Should've started an entire team of rookies and picked up premiums three weeks after they're subbed. Would've been the ultimate tactic for a score of 3500ish in the last few rounds. Bummer.
