actually im really liking the trades had in the first post. I think its worth 6 trades to do that and have cash left over. Im pretty sure with those 6 trades i will have just under 100 left over which is enough to turn anthony into pendles/montags and if i have 17 trades left and a Swan, Boyd, Bartel, Pendles, Gaz, Selwood mid with harris, mzungu and Jacobs in the middle by round 10 than i will be really happy.

I have been thinking about it and im probably wasting 2 trades but the problem i have most years is a do heaps of downgrading and have a great 22 but a rubbish bench, so wasting trades like this but getting a greta bench early will probably mean that i can make a few less downgrades this year and get around the same money as normal if i have really good pefroming rookies.

so i can have guys like harris as my 7th bench mid and heppel/otten and krak as my 8th back/forward all year. As with the byes i will be needing a solid backup most weeks.

picked him for a reason and he is not doing it. I though he could go 75 average over the first 7 rounds and than turn him into a fallen premium.

i cant see ward not getting 85+ this week and he will go up huge in value, i dont really want to lose Foley but ward is killing him.

oh yeah, I have ward. I love the guy. Honestly, if you consider the thrashing that carlton gave the GC, Ward has a serious shot at 90-100.

broughton isnt doing what i want him to do, but I think its important to hold off. Although i do like your 'master plan', personally, i just couldnt bring myself to do that many trades at the moment (over a space of a few weeks) Im averaging 2150 and the only trade im thinking is hibberd (if not named) to liba this week.

yeah I have hibberd + jippet not playing, I've been tossing over them, my only problem is that I have most the worthwhile rooks worth hibs. price tag (I have 0 salary cap left over), and if I trade him out for a mid I lose my mpp link in the mids/back, and I've been finding mpp ability really useful already...

broughton is a keeper foley iis not. I always like to blow trades early in the season and than have low over the end of the season, no point having a fantastic team come round 18 as you wont be able to catch up to the pack if you are 1000 points behing, beter to go out hard at the start and hope you can hold on.

my rucks sandi.cox and smith are on fire and i have tippet for MPP so thats set,

my forwards are doing quite well and i have picked the correct rookies, with matera, tapscot, richardson, darling and krak in the middle and the backs are doing great, broughton isnt doing great but he is a keepr and guys like adcock, heppel , lower and otten look really good.

yeah im going to love watching Boyd, Ward and Higgins ton it up in my mids.  if ward keeps going this way i might have to keep him and upgrade someone else

yeah as I said, I love the guy, he's one of my favourite players atm. I love all my uniques except for foley currently :P
