Is it worth trading Dixon to Tapscott

Yes
No

FantasyBoy

Quick question. I imagine quite a few people are facing this question.

roo boys!

I've had him the whole time, except ON THE BENCH! Argh :(

Maca24

NO. Dixon is a good kid who will play lots of games. so why get rid of him?

Usman

Maca is right i think save the trade dixon looked good. tapscott could play poorly after the first 2 rounds its happened alot with rookies very up and down

Because Tapscott looks like an absolute freak........

true that. he is a big body and isnt the type of player that will drop off IMO.
But still, dont trade him in unless you have an obvious player to trade out.

charliesheen

is Cale Morton out?  be interesting what happens when he comes back in.

mabo

Fairly certain Dixon is the tallest forward on the GC side too - he'll play every week and will be their go to guy.

Yeah agreed. None of my forward rookies have been poor enough to make a sideways trade. Which sucks, because Tapscott looks so good.

That sucks SCA. You must be happy with your forwards overall then

Alex7089

Had him from the start on the gorund in R2 to cover Danger.
Looks like he will replace Richardson permanently for me. Great news.

Not worth the trade.

I have Tapscott, but would those who don't have him and who have the Jippett / Petrie combo consider moving Petrie to the ruck bench and trade Jippett > Tapscott ?? Seems logical to me.

Sortof. My forward rookies are Darling, Richardson and McKernan who had the bye this round. None of them have been scoring like Tapscott but they haven't been particulary poor either.

Tom Scully is also out as well as Cale Morton. So will probably lose hes spot when they come back. However, Tapscott may take Ricky Pettards spot, depending on form.
