trades need to happen to keep touch with the leaders otherwise they'll never be caught!

the tigers are not playing a style that suits connors, they are going forward not sideways. and everitt is definately not playing the role from the NAB. bloody Longmire set me up!

yeah foley to ward looks the go and i might have to go atley to liba/cunrow. Foley is not doing what i hoped he would, i was thinking foley to a rookie but the byes will start kicking in and i will have anthony out next week, boyd + maybee ward out round 4, bartel 6 and swan 7 so i will be playing harris most weeks anyway.

Atley just inst scoring much, i orignally dindt pick liba and cunrow due to JS but liba in particular looks pretty good.

I just realised dogs play GC, so i will go foley to ward and atley to liba.

I will play liba, boyd and ward next week in my mid and i expect something big from them.

im also thinking of going foley > ward and getting tapscott/curnow some how but problem is rd 4...
how you all gonna fiddle your way around it?? i have boyd and beiwck atm and with ward will be 3 out that round??

im sure many of u have boyd/montagna so what are your thoughts guys??

also side question who is the more 'must' player to get curnow or tapscott???

Hey pinochio, Well I probably won't have the cover that I would like for boyd/ward. I'll be fielding Harris, I'll mpp Heppell into my mid to fill the void for Ward. I have plenty of cover on the bench in backs and forwards so should be right :) If Heppell and Harris can all pull 80-90's in the absence of boyd/ward i'll be happy!

Nope, I'll be running low on emergencies that round! All the rookies I have should be playing and scoring well, so i'm confident about them covering.

As for Curnow/Tapscott. I'd Probably be leaning towards Tapscott. As everyone has said on here, Curnow's job security isn't that great. He has been playing well tho, and if continues to play well he may hold his spot? Tapscott is a gun, I think he fits in well with the team and could be a major player in melb moving forward.

These are just my thoughts tho, i'm no pro :P and i'm sure other people may not agree with me. So gather up a few people's thoughts over the next few days to help make up your mind. Good luck!

I have yarren myself, and am a little concerned about him drawing tags often... As we saw in round 1 he didn't like the tag too much! I'm going to stick with him for a while longer to see how he goes! My major hassles at the moment is getting rid of Foley and Astbury. I'm pretty happy with my team apart from those 2.

I was thinking of going Foley to ward, but have been thinking possibly going Foley to Curnow/libba to free up some extra cash and getting in Delidio for Astbury! I'll leave it till Thursday night and have a think over the options till then... I reckon Ward will increase 100k+ no problems tho...

Well heading to bed, i'll check back on in the morning to check the thread! :)

well i have hariis on the bench so he will be great cover for boyd, than i just need bewick to play to cover ward. It will result in no emergencies but as its week 4 i think i should be covered. Bewick is easily playing in the top 18 at brisbane so he should be safe.

tapscot easy over cunrow, beter job security and will score better. He is scoring well against decent teams. In both games the blues have dominated the DT this wont happen everyweek.

oops now i remember why i picked up atley. hmm if i get ward i will have to play atley and thats pretty much a fail, he will probably be a sub that week, the way my luck is going.

looks like i might have to end up going foley to ward and atley to cunrow and just pray he is still playing round 4.
