The Obvious Question/s Of The Week

What GC players will you be starting.

Thinking about starting Stanley over Lower, Coad & Duigan. ???

Also, Tapscott over Richo.

And Starting Harris & Prestia into the mids.

Still not sure on who to start in back line. It's out of Coad, Stanley of Lower...

what more do you want from stanley, 90 nab average and just missed the ton in his first game. Lower for me is the easiest pick out of my rookie backs.

over lower? are u serious? lower has gunned nab and now round 1? would think lower is a lock imo

I'm going Lower over Stanley in backs
Harris and Swallow in mids (assuming J Selwood won't be playing)
Matera up forward - i have Prestia on the bench

+1 on the previous comment on Lower. Proven his gun rookie status in a home and away game. I'm more comfortable selecting him on that basis

watch him do a gysberts this week :) and stanley score 100+

I could Swap Krak into Mids and Prestia to FWD bench.

Lol Holz - not likely. I watched him play the other night and he looked clean, composed whenever he had it. I mean anything can happen i guess, but i haven't seen Stanley play so that's just anther reason for me to go with the gun i know

If anyone is likely to do a Jizzberts its Curnow. Plenty of players to come back into that team. Yes he deserves another game but if he has an off day he will be unlikely to get a call back for at least a few weeks.

The obvious question(s) for me this week are:

A) Will Joel Selwood play?

B) Will Foley play, will he start as the sub?

On another thread the consensus is that Selwood won't be pushed to travel to the west. I'm not sure what the particulars are of this new concussion rule and if that will make any difference to him playing or not - but i'm expecting him to miss so he's on the bench.

He better come back and shred round 3 though

I think Selwood will play. From what I have heard he was good to go back on during the game but because he was unconscious he wasnt allowed back on

I heard a random guy say that when a players has been severely concussed, it's hard to travel.

Across the continent is far enough for me to think he might not play....

now that I have thought about it some more. Selwood shouldnt play and then everyone will panic and trade him out - weeeee more lemmings.
