He did play well but his opponent(s) were never in the same class, therefore I am not suprised that Cox dominated. I still had him in my SC and DT teams though ;)

If I had of known that NM werent gonna play a Ruckman I would have been tempted to put the C on him as well (If Gibbs went badly :P)

If I had of known that NM werent gonna play a Ruckman I would have been tempted to put the C on him as well (If Gibbs went badly :P)

i was very impressed with pederson, thats a pretty hard introduction to AFL footy.

Extremely tough induction Holz. I think he burnt way too much energy in the first quarter trying to go with Cox (and try to beat him). That cost him the rest of the game

yeah he dominated in the first quarter, pitty petrie wasnt in petrie and pederson could have casued cox troubles

I think Cox went hard to try and kill off Pederson so the Eagles could dominate the ruck in the second half. It worked but also meant Cox had to work harder than expected which caused him to cramp up quite badly in the 4th quarter. If Petrie or Goldstein was there I dont think Cox would have gone as hard as he would have to grind out in the ruck all day. Might have been a different result.
