In the world of andrew, age doesnt exist and robert harveys age is actually used as a guide to see when players will retire.

BB what he is doing is picking a team that he thinks can win the premiership this year and probably the year after, because everyone else is picking young players who wont mount a serious challenge until a few years down the track.
Since a dynasty is about who can win the most titles of a period of time andrew is giving himself a bigger opportunity to win titles at the start and not care about later on as he has already won stuff, which a lot of teams wont do.
Just different tactics to the draft ;)
