Doesn't matter he's about to come into the game. Someone got injured early, it's happening a lot, some of the subs are getting normal game time.

He was running warm ups and the commentators keep saying his a game is basically over. They'll decide at quarter time, if he's not out of the vest by the end of quarter time he'll likely not play until the final quarter.
