I think you should check the schedule before doing any of your trades.

I would hold on the Pavlich trade.  He has a very tough schedule coming up, and you should at least see how he performs with Sandilands out of the side.  Could possibly get him a bit cheaper if you hold on this trade.

Same applies to Yarran, Carltons next 3 opponents are not that strong, especially when it comes to forward pressure.  I would be inclined to hold onto Yarran.  I expect a price increase in the next 3 rounds.

Lynch I am not sold on, and consider him for cash cow purposes only.  At this stage of the competition, I really don't think we should be going for speculative rookies.

For me,

Pittard > Chapman & Matera > Mzungu.

Unsure on Chappy dont want to be stuck with him come finals

Only need to make a few trades to finish off my team now ;D

3 or 4

MTTY

Next week i am thinking

Pittard, Stanley --------------> Ablett, Back rookie

Then

Cotchin, Bewick -------------> Hodge, Cowan

Then finally
Yarran, Otten ------------> O'Keefe/Sylvia (Other premium forward without finals bye), Back rookie

That will give a team of

Gibbs, Deledio, H.Shaw, Adcock, Duffield, Gilbert, Heppell
(Lower, BR, BR)

Swan, Goddard, Boyd, Ablett, Selwood, Hodge
(Cowan, Iles, Jacobs)

Sandilands, Cox
(Smith, Moran)

Franklin, Goodes, N.Riewoldt, Pavlich, J.Riewoldt, Sylvia, Petrie
(Darling, Richardson, Mzungu)

with 8 trades for finals/ Injuries

MTTY

Thinking
Pittard, Yarran------------- Hodge, Didak

to give me a team of

Gibbs, Deledio(BYE), Shaw, Adcock, Duffield, Gilbert, Heppell
(Stanley, Lower, Otten)

Swan, Goddard, Selwood, Boyd, Hodge, Cotchin(Bye)
(Bewick, Iles, Jacobs)

Sandilands(Injured), Cox
(Smith, Moran)

Franklin, Goodes, N.Riewoldt, J.Riewoldt(Bye), Pavlich, Petrie, Didak
(Darling, Richardson, Mzungu)

14 atm CS

only need to make 4-6 more to have a finished team and have 10-8 for finals/injuries

charliesheen

Are you going mainly for league or both?

I think you should really keep Yarran a bit longer, the draw is so soft.  I think if you want Didak, you can still get him cheap after their last bye.

If I were to get Didak, it would be only as an extra F8 or M7 (DPP link) to provide cover, and not as a starting forward.

Both, i could go Darling ---------------> Didak instead?

charliesheen

Who do you see as your m1-m6 at years end?

I would really hold fire on both Darling & Yarran.  Didak, I will have to check his new BE, but I reckon see if you can get him after the Collingwood bye and use him for extra cover.  I don't even think his price will move that much, and its worth waiting to see his performances.

Would closely follow both Brown and O'keefe.  If Brown had kicked straight, he would have scored a lot higher.  By then Yarran would have gone close to 400k i think.

If i do hold of i could Downgrade Stanley, then ugrade to Hodge.

I see my final 6 mids as

Swa, Goddard, Boyd, Selwood, Ablett, Hodge

Have you considered the Sandilands > Tippet scenario?

Will cost 2 trades, but your side is near completion anyway.

That is the direction I would be heading in, if I was in your position.
