Defence:
B.Goddard, B.Deledio, B.Gibbs, C.Bruce, G.Broughton, D.Heppell and N.Lower.
Bench: N.Duigan, D.Stanley and S.Buckley.

5 Premiums, 2 playing rookies as I am concerned Otten will be a sub.

Midfield:
D.Swan (C), C.Judd, A.Swallow, D.Swallow, N.Djekurra and D.Harris.
Bench: R.Bewick, T.Liberatore and S.Atley.

3 Proven Guns and a cheap smokie of Djekurra. Looked good during Pre-Season. Swan perma captain.

Rucks:
A.Sandilands and D.Cox.
Bench: Z.Smith and M.Curnow.

Stock Standard, should be lock and leave.

Forwardline:
N.Riewoldt, M.Pavlich, C.Rioli, A.Goodes, J.Riewoldt, A.Krakouer and C.Richardson.
Bench: J.Darling, B.Matera and S.McKernan.

Gun heavy with the forwardline midpricers killing me last year. Krakouer looks good and one starting rookie is a must.

15 Premiums. Just one player in the $200k-$400k bracket. (A.Krakouer $200,100)



Overall Ranking Update:

Round 1 Trade
1. N.Djekurra $184,000 OUT, E.Curnow $107,000 IN.
(Had to jump on the Curnow train, a risk doing it Pre Rnd 2 but it worked. ;) )

Round 2 Trade
1. C.Richardson $110,000 OUT, L.Tapscott $110,000 IN.
(After two impressive scores from Tappy, traded him in and was dissapointed with a low 50. ??? He still managed to
rise 70k though  :D.)

Round 3 Trade
1. J.Riewoldt $399,000 OUT, M.Hurley $356,000 IN.
(A Risk, that what it is. Sideways swapping Jack Riewoldt after a 0 and 53 but he has had poor body language and is close to being dropped. Hurley has looked superb thus far and gives me strength up forward with his MPP.)

First 3 Games Review:
Got of to a terrific start with C.Judd 108, J.Riewoldt 122, B.Gibbs 138 and B.Deledio 92 scoring well in game one. Deledio had no impact on the game but still pulled out a 90 ranged score. Was lucky to avoid a Yarran shocker.

Continued on my lucky ways with no Selwood in game two. Goddard pulled turned around his poor Pre-Season form and brought down a handy 119. Riewoldt was dissapointed, but still chipped in with a handy 86.

Game 3 started and Swan was killing it! 90 SC after the first quarter. He slowed down and scored 166 for the match but was turned into a superb 332 with the Captain badge on him. Krakouer meanwhile started slow, being on only 18 at half time. He turned it around at managed to crack the ton, scoring 102SC in an impressive display.

Well Done Boys you have performed well in the first 3 games. 6 100+ Scores, 1 90 and a 80. Very Happy.
My current score is 1,099/8. (Captain played)

Unhappy with a crappy Bruce score so far.
But happy with Pav, Sandi, Broughton, Lower and Rioli! Bewick is okay. Lower is looking like the new me. ;)

Games 4 and 5
My Hawthorn players started of slowly with Cyril only picking up the pace while Cam Bruce was dissapointing. Rioli continued his hot pre-season form and scored me a neat 113. Meanwhile Bruce was shocking besides junk-time at the end, only 58 points from him. :P

The Fremantle vs Brisbane game was a big one as I had a massive 4 Fremantle players and 1 Brisbane. Lower stunned us all with 110, Pavlich and Broughton looked good for 95 and 97 respectively and Sandi was ever-reliable with 137. Bewick was impressive in patches and provides me a par rookie score of 55. Best of all Fremantle snatched a last second victory! ;D

I`m now 1,765 from 15 played. w.Captain. Looking very promising and 2,350 is still on the cards. 8)
