Yeah I was a bit confused at first too, congrats on your first Ranking Change, hopefully there will be many more where that came from..
From what I can tell so far, you move up a ranking every 100 posts until you reach Coach, then the gap widens between Rankings. Although the gap is 50 between some i think ??? ??? ???
Eg 0-100 Bootstudder
    100-200 Property Steward
    200-?  Witches Hat Wrangler
      ??? ??? ??? ???
    350-400  Training Scout

They are some of the rankings, ill try and find out some more for you, i know

   500-600 Ruck Coach
   600-700 Back Coach
   700-800 Forward Coach
   800-900 Midfield Coach
   900-1000 Coach in waiting*
   1000 coach

*is there another one in between?

Pretty sure all the ones pre 1000 are 100 intervals. Coach in waiting last for the last 1000 before full blown coach.

Other coaching ranks are: experienced, journeyman, hardened, expert, veteran and Jack Worall. Not in the correct order though ;).
