Mids strategy

Just thinking from left field. How would a midfield of 3 Prems, 3 mids and 3 rookies go? Would get good points early from Prems and mids. Then when you wanna trade to get more Prems trade one mid and one rookie for a Prem and a rookie. Do that 3 times and you got your 6 Prems. Thoughts?

Hm that would cost a fair bit, cash that might be needed elsewhere

i have gone 4 1 4 hoping the mid gets to premium, with a bit of luck harris or swallow will do good enough to keep, then i need no trades  :)
