Sanchez is a weird one. This season he has played more of a upfront role rather than a wing role where he has done in the past. He is certainly up there but I feel there are better options available. He def has the talent but consistency has always been a big problem for him. Are you starting him as a RW/RF or a ST?

Most likely out on the right, with the aim of him cutting in. Pretty much exactly like what Ronaldo did when he was at United. I think his pace is better used out on the win. With my team I think I could be focusing a little too much on youth and what they will be like in 5 years instead of what they will be able to achieve during that time, but we will see how it goes :)

It all depends on how you want to play for who you will pick. There may be better players around, but would they do the role I want him to do as well as Sanchez?
I may play with a wide front 3, so still working out my options

The Russian playmaker proved almost instantly that he is a world-class talent who can make a big difference to this Arsenal side.
Andrey’s vision, technical ability and eye for goal give Arsenal an extra dimension and his versatility is another big plus. He started his Gunners career on the flank but can also play through the centre, as he does when captaining his country.

My next pick is for defensive purposes. Although he's 29, he's still at his near best and is a great holding midfielder, He is Xabi Alonso. He doesn't score many goals but doesn't need to with his ability to read the game. He has a solid passing game whether it be long or short so is a good addition to the team to go behind Sneijder. I rate him as one of the best DM's in the World (but I don't know a whole lot about Football).
