Esteban Cambiasso will be my next pick for experience, may play him ahead of Busquets in the first 1/2 seasons of this until Busquets gets time to develop a bit more. Really just a tactical pick ;)

Ok I'm heading off now so can't do a write up, but I choose Adem Ljajic from Fiorentina.

OK I can do a write up now.
Ljajic plays as a right winger, so will be backup at the moment for Sanchez. He is 19 years old and already part of the first squad at Fiorentina and just breaking into the Serbian national team at the moment. He was meant to join Man Utd in January 2010, but was denied a work permit so ended up moving to Fiorentina instead. This season he has established himself as a very important part of their squad despite his age, already appeared 23 times in the league this season, scoring 3 goals, but creating much more. Ljajic will be a star in a few seasons :)
