Probably not zz, but considering when it is done through FM andrew will just sim it and say keep tactics when available most of the time it will be. Also teams play better if they stick to a standard formation.

I will pick the biggest talent out of brazil. Ganso is better the neymar but neymar is a lot more flashy so he gets morw attention.
