In my opinion this guy is easily one of the top 5 centre backs playing today, and because of his age, only 26, he is ahead of the others for this type of draft. He has been named the Serie A Defender of the year the past 3 seasons, which is a very impressive effort considering the number of top quality defenders the Serie A has. I pick:
