Well, it's 7 weeks in and you can start to get a good idea of what people will avg for this year. (e.g. players can't fluke 7 good scores in a row).

So this post is about what players you were close, i mean really close to getting from the start but didn't, and now their avg's are making u pay for it.
For me some players i regret not getting are:

C Morton- so so close, and somehow can't remember why i cut him?

Schammer- Was going to be my 5th mid, but worried for inconsistency.

Lockyer- Unsure of his role this year, but almost got in.

Boyd- Final team spot came down to him or Ball, and went ball :(

Gibbs- Was in my team for ages, but i think i found extra $$ to get kornes.

Other part of the post are the players that your team could've done without:

Hodge or Fisher- Wish i got rid of one of these guys for Lockyer

Butler- Why did i get him? But eventrally got rid of him rd 3 or so.

NG Brown- Form up and down like a yo-yo and then got injured : |

Hentschel- Should've known that a guy with his injury history that it wouldnt be smooth sailing.

Anyone u missed out on or wish u did miss out on?

totally agree with you but i dont think schammer will continue this all season. however i would love him to prove to me he will.

may i add. i'm glad i didnt fall for travis cloke and scott lucas. IMO they were, are and never will be fantasy studs.

also i think malceski is one of the biggest disappointments of the year. i was hoping for high 70's and hes only getting me 55-65 a week. majorly pissed.

all spuds. except maybe fisher. but i should have gone goddard, then trade in fisher cheap rather than start fisher and trade in goddard for more expensive.

i disagree with pavlich.. anything 90+ with freo is good for him seeing that hes playing with such retards...

spewin i got hodge (1st year with backs eligability), Paul Johnson (wanted to take a risk knowing everyone else would have hmac) and most of all lovett (another risk which has back-fired)

All in all though I'm still ranked 255th, and have a emerg covering in all 4 areas of the ground. Only have 10 trades left thou... :s

Had Andrew Swallow in my mids until a couple of days before round 1... decided he was too much of a gamble and spent a little more on Travis Tuck. :(

Yeah Swallow was another that was in my team at some point. My midfield was gonna have 3 premiums and then Schammer, Morton and Swallow. But eventually it changed to 4 premiums, Butler and Rich...
