Other. He's got a yellow sash.

Martin will not become a Prem! Selwood hardly became a Prem in his second year and he was in a team of elite mids. Martin will prob be tagged most weeks! Might Avg 85 or 90 if he's lucky but thats it!

He's as much chance as all the others. You people and your favourites...

cortez

How is that? He is in his second year. Will get more attention because other clubs know who he is now. Yes he will improve but not by more than 10 ppg. Wasn't injured or anything last year so no reason why he will go nuts this year

Umm, Selwood's first year he played about 20 games at an average of 80-85ish.  Then pushed his average to just over 90 in his second year and over 100 in his 3rd and 4th year.

He was premium from day 1

cortez

Um I don't think 80 or 90 is a premium scoring average for a midfielder.

Selwood is a freak lets leave it at that. Martin will do well and get 80ish 90 per game but I think Cotchin is the one to go for from richmond awesome preseason and ready to break out this season. Has a few more seasons behind him then martin which means alot when it come to being consistent. 2012 martin 2011 cotchin

For a first year player who cost a little over $100k - hell yeh :)

Although I do agree he is a freak.

Lol do you seriously think that the other clubs had no idea who a number 3 draft pick was? Using your logic, David Swallow won't cop a tag or any attention at all, until he starts playing well. Nobody knows who he is yet.

cortez

Yes he is a freak! But still when when he was averaging 90 there would have been alot of mids above him. Martin will not have as good a second as Selwood which means he won't average 9  which means he won't be a keeper. Which means there is no use in getting him!

Martin plays a style of game that is unstoppable. He'll get better due to having had another preseason under his belt. The difference between him and Selwood is that Martin is Richmond's number 1 midfielder. Selwood wasn't.

Fyfe sure as sh1t won't average 100.

Anthony is a possession slut so he might. I hate the way he plays though. He's Daniel Wells mark II. If he cops any attention he'll produce 60's.

Kennedy has seduced you all with preseason form. He's much like Martin though, just not as good at using the ball. DT for sure. SC... nah.

cortez

So your saying Martin is a better player than Selwood after 1 season. Your dreaming cat boy! But take Martin! I can't wait to c you trade him half way through the season after he has only gone up maybe 70 or 80 k if your lucky and only scoring mid 80s

Fyfe is fit finally MPP and rarin...Jump on him
