so we can name a player from thursdays game as v'capt then name someone else captain and if vc scores huge how do we tweak it to make them captain?

yo would then name a GC player as your captain.

That would leave you with no emergency though, so trade out the person who would have been your captain (ie. Swan) then trade him back in, then you will only have a VC and no Captain.

You do not need to select a captain. This way you will still be able to use an emergency and you don't have to put a GC player on the ground.

if your VC scores well, is it then possible not to put anyone as captain. so u can have ur proper players on the ground but none of them will be chosen as captain.
or do u have to name a player as captain
