Hey guys,

Just a quick question. Is everyone picking 4 gun mids and two rookies or 3 guns, one mid pricer and 2 rookies.
I currently have Swan, Pendles, Cross and tossing up between mid pricers J.Kennedy or N.Foley with two rookies.

or should I look at 4 gun mids such as Swan, Pendles, Cross, Montagna + the two rookies?

Just curious to see what other people are doing.

Cheers

4 premium mids is definately the way to go, especially with the byes. If you only have 3 premium mids and one of those mids has a bye you will be left with 2 premium which could end in tears!

I have decided on a completely different structure this year and it may sound stupid haha but I'm going with 4 guns and 1 mid procer and then starting with 3 rookies on field in my forwards...

I am going 3 prems and 3 rookies with harris from gc being one of the rookies he should be pretty close to a prem by the end of the year for only a rookie price awesome

Not necessarily. It depends on whether you can use MPP effectively, or when those byes are for those premiums...

If you are playing for the league and choose Geelong/Saint/Freo/Hawk midfielders then you're fine, then you could also choose Carlton/Essendon/Port midfielders and have a rookie or 2 upgraded by then.

Personally I have 4 midfielders, but a 3-3 combination can work.

im going a 3-1-2 mid structure with the mid pricer hopefully turning into a keeper, OBVIOUSLY (why else would you pick a misd pricer?)
