Why so many mediums?

And don't you have an AR?

I don't suggest you open with your keeper either. Think about it, he would have to keep for 50 overs (or close to it) and will start to get tired earlier in his innings. Or if you bat first and he has a long innings he will be tired for keeping.

i used to have an AR, but he was 32.

3 mediums a spinner and a fast is perfect for green, and at the time i couldn't find any good ones.

fair enough about the keeper he does have exp endurance but i will try him there against alex.

Well you need an AR, they are incredibly important.

Are you playing Alex on a green? What will you do when you play a game on a dry?

this was a dry, and with players resting aswel. and yes i do realise the difference in the 2 teams.

AR are always incredibly expensive, well good one's anyway.

i just didn't have the money to buy an all-rounder like that, plus i couldn't find one.

why are they important?

and yes i am playing him on a green, but i am leaning towards sticky now.

AR's are so important for the sake of batting depth. Even one with only Capable or Reliable batting will do, as mine has saved me many times down the order. They also help Match Ratings lots.

+1 Been a massive help for my team, and mine only has reasonable batting

Well mine does too, but legendary experience and killer secondaries give him a Expert summary ;)

Then I have Ali and Chiba both with Capable/Reliable summaries depending on form.

I'd argue depending on the pitch. On a Batter's or very favoured Bowler's pitch, an all rounder has better upside. Think he can get away on a Green.

I've only got Flanagan on Average batting followed by 4 other Bowlers (dread-poor). I have Moylan (Cap/Cap/Acc) but he doesn't play much and doesn't hurt my chances a whole lot in leagues.

There right, Without an AR you will struggle.
My AR, John Wayne Parr is cap/exp/acc and still makes 30 runs per game with the occasional tonne.
Plus he takes lots of wickets :)

Oh damn just looked at him and if he wasn't a spinner I would have offered a fairly hefty amount for him, had you wanted to sell of course ;)
