Team needs help

Ok, so here's the deal; My DreamTeam needs serious work. I only discovered this site this year and now know a lot more I did at the start of the season but, unfortunately, I can't go back and re-draf my entire team  :-\ . I have a very good chance, though, to win my league and shame all my mates, so I need some tips to fix my team.

It's my intention to pick up Hodge in a few weeks after his price should drop some more, aswell as maybe Cooney this week, but the issues atm are money, and a terrible backline.
