Cic I totally agree with you. Saqlain was forced to change the way he bowled the doosra (he invented and perfected it), but when Murali came along the ICC decided to change the rules rather than force him to change his action.
IMO he is a cheat, but if Murali was wiped out of the game like he should have been, Sri Lanka would not have been as competitive as they have been in the past 15 years, and the ICC knew this.

I think that people think he is a chucker but if he was Australian.....? Different story?
