Luke Hodge injury - laid up for how long?

i've got luke hodge & now my season's destroyed
what should i do
my team has 22 players + 8 reserves
i don't know if i should trade him
is he a better player than kyle cheney?
does anyone know a backman between $80k-$600k i should bring in for him
i like goddard now that he has a neat haircut. does anyone know if he's actually any good and if he'll score 125/week without getting injured for the rest of the year?
i'm going to check back here after starting 6 other threads about this topic & hijacking another dozen with the same m.o.
