IMPORTANT UPDATE: To those that joined my FOXSPORTS LEAGUE.

Hi Guys,
Apologies for the delay, have been sending emails back and forward to the SuperCoach Support Team.

My first email was telling and asking the Support Team that I had freshly registered (basically a 2nd registration) with the Foxtel AFL SuperCoach website as I thought that since they had a seperate website, and sponsor they may have been a different comp. Having seen that SuperCoach now resembles Dream Team in its interface, I also thought the software had been sold around this year and that Foxtel had done a deal with Crown Casino to supply another $50,000 first prize like the Herald-Sun.

The Mod here Prospectus, spotted a problem early that I didn't pick up when in fact the same login worked on both the Herald Sun and Foxtel's site!! Thanks Pro. I didn't pick this so I registered a new nick and same Profile through the one Comp.

My first email response was that it WAS the same comp, but the Support Team didn't understand that I was also asking if I should delete this 2nd League and my 2nd Profile. In my 2nd email I finally got this response...
"That is correct, you are only allowed one entry in the competition in order to be eligible for prizes. You can de-activate either of those registrations from your My Profile page and you can join up to five different leagues with your single entry"

So finally I got the obvious answer from them.
So they now know it was an honest mistake, in part by the confusing promontion of SuperCoach. I get the Herald-Sun and it's called "The Herald-Sun SuperCoach" and I watch Foxtel and it's called "FoxSports AFL SuperCoach" (with Crown Casino Sponsoring it).
Why would Crown throw money at Foxtel when the Competition is already up and running thorugh the Herald-Sun??? Beats me.

Anyway, I need to get rid of my duplicate Profile.
Some of you guys may have made another seperate registration with a new nick as well.
If so, immediately get rid of the Profile & nick in my League you joined, and in 48 hours I'll close down the League.

I've told the SuperCoach guys that I will leave the League up for a further 48 hours giving guys the chance to get rid of their duplicate Profile and Nick.

Apologies for any convenience and thank god it was spotted early before someone may have won and they were stopped from grabbing any prizes.

Ok Guys,

I have deactivated my mistaken 2nd Registration at FoxSports.
I also had to delete the League and players (x16)...(details below)

Anyone who kept their same nickname & login are still fine....sorry but my League is now closed and you are out of it, but you can still play anywhere else.

More important, is that if you started a 2nd registration thinking you were playing a different game like me, you need to login into that 2nd registration, go to your Profile, and 'remove' that Profile. Just keep playing your 1st Registration.
