trade advice. what are your opinions?

well atm i have $77, 400 in bank, and houlihan dropped i was thinking of an upgrade.
i was thinking of upgrading houlihan to corey enright leaving me with $9200 and then downgrading adcock to gilbert. what do you guys think?

currently my backline is : Goddard, C.Cornes, Lockyer, Houlihan, Adcock, Petrenko and Rance

should i make the houlihan trade and leave adcock in my team or should i make both trades?
