need to do a better sell job on him than that!   ;)

higgins76

he has a new haircut. looked awesome in the nab cup. cheap. apparently ward and higgins are both really fit and they looked good in the nab cup aswell

j959

you're the 3rd or so person who has raised his name but i haven't heard any other chatter ... so until i see him in action myself or i see some vaguely official scouting reports or news media reports i can't even consider him yet at this stage.   :D

and especially for SC!  ;)

Look Easten Wood played good but don't go around saying his the "new" Jarrod Harbrow after 3 games, It took the dogs 2 years to bring Jarrod Harbrow where he is today.
Bulldogs have a few players that can fill that empty spot of half back including:
Nathan Djerrkura (Got alot of speed and has shown he is ready to take the game on)
Jayden Schofield (Was drafted to take Harbrows spot very fast and creative)
Ryan Griffen (Maybe Eade wants a "Bryce Gibbs" roll out of him)
Luke Dallahaus (Ripped it up last year in the TAC cup averaging 21 touches and 6 tackles a game)
Maybe even Tom Liberatore or Mitch Wallis it will be pretty hard to break into our midfield so they could settle down back a bit, In saying that Easten Wood is a fast player has a great motor.

nah easton will definately takes his role

yorgis

he showed over nab  that he can rebound off halfback, and he just might get the nod with harbrow gone and lake and hargreave still to come off injury list

diddley

still yet to hear anything substantial about him. i think jugganauts assessment makes a bit more sense. a few will have to fall for him to fit in.

ha ha I have all 3 in my team - Easton Wood, Callan Ward, and Higgins.  ;D

And I agree Wood is a gun and will play back imo. And can certainly see him filling the Harbrow role.

Doggies midfield is v strong and hard to break into but I reckon Callan Ward will be given a spot.

Higgins is also a gun and will play forward and play well for sure.

Wallis and Libertore also look excellent. I've given Wallis the last spot on my bench. Wouldn't suprise me if one of them was given a chance at the 6th midfiled spot.

The dogs have done a great job renewing whilst also being a top team for so long - no end in sight yet!

The Harbrow role? running out of defense brilliantly only to turn it over 50% of the time? Yep Wood can do that.

If people have any common sense then they will get back on Gilbee. No Harbrow, No Hargrave (for a while) to move the ball out anymore, so it's up to Lindsay and Bob to get it done. Murphy looks live value to me, and if he plays forward then he will absolutely kill it.

I love Gilbee but he's been in average form for a while.

He said he is having his best pre season in about 5 years. He looks good to me. Check his average from 5 years ago and just try to resist.

Seems like you have WB twinkle in your eye - very positive about the Bullies future :)
